Garage clean-outs are priced by volume, meaning how much of our trailer your items fill. A partial clean-out of a few large items costs less than a full two-car garage packed to the ceiling. Heavy items such as old concrete, tile or shingles may be priced by weight.

Most garage clean-outs take two to four hours, depending on how full the garage is and how much sorting is needed.
Can you take old paint cans?
We can take paint cans that are completely dry and empty. Liquid paint and chemicals must go to a household hazardous waste collection.
Can you gut the inside of the garage too?
