Attic clean-outs are priced by volume plus access. A walk-up attic with flooring is quicker than a pull-down ladder over a narrow hallway with no decking. Insulation removal is priced separately because of the extra time and protection involved.

Loose blown-in insulation requires specialized vacuum equipment, and we can refer you to an insulation contractor. We remove batt insulation and debris.

What if there are signs of animals?
Let us know ahead of time. Active animal infestations should be handled by a wildlife or pest professional first.
